You will be...

• Given direct responsibility for critical phases of the M&A process, including direct client contact and coordination of service providers in a due-diligence process
• Preparing and structuring investment memoranda
• Researching and contributing to the positioning of our M&A mandates
• Evaluating key drivers in our core sectors, and prepare industry/sector analyses
• Making meaningful contribution to the team with your personality and your professional knowledge

• University degree in finance, accounting, or a similar quantitative discipline
• Relevant professional experience in investment banking/ M&A/ transaction services
• Spoken and written English and German at a professional level
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, paired with a high attention to detail
• Confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Some financial modelling experience would be beneficial
